Lisa Butler Ed.S., NCSP, LPC
Lisa and her husband Charlie enjoy raising their two young boys, Nathan and Ryan, in the Springfield, Missouri area. Lisa brings a wealth of personal experience, academic training and over 15 years practicing as a school psychologist, working with students from preschool through high school, in addition to consulting with parents, teachers, and administrators. She has worked with students with severe emotional and behavioral issues as well as the general school population. In addition, Lisa is a Licensed Professional Counselor, providing individual, marriage, and family counseling. Lisa facilitates workshops and classes on parenting and classroom management in schools, churches and various other settings.

Larry Fayer was a full-time minister for 12 years before going into education. He was an elementary school teacher, assistant principal, and principal for 23 years in Jefferson County R1 School District in Colorado. He and his wife Carol have raised two children, Lisa (above) and Greg, who is married to Mimi, and is an attorney in Century City, California. He enjoys living close to his grandsons, Nathan and Ryan, in the Springfield, Missouri area. Larry's retirement from the school system has enabled him to do his first love which is sharing the Gospel through his website (GetToKnowTheBible.com), preaching and teaching at churches throughout the world as well as teaching parenting classes in various settings.
